Children and their parents began lining up in the drizzle before 2:30 p.m. for an event that did not begin until 4 p.m.  After registering each student received a drawstring bag to collect school items from Bradford County organizations.  The Bradford County Democratic Executive Committee was among those handing out pencils, pens, paper, glue sticks, crayons, and  other school supplies.  Students were to get registration forms signed by each booth.  When finished, there were hot dogs and chips for all.
