Hi all!
As a results of
our last meeting here is a schedule of dates for our DEC for March and
April.
Saturday, March
20 - Road Clean-up begin at 8 a.m. on the road between Hwy 301 and
Graham starting from our sign near Hwy 301.
Next DEC
meeting - Monday, April 19 at 7 p.m. at the Andrews Center Board
Room. Please note that we are not having a meeting in March due
to several people who would not be able to be there on our regular
meeting day.
Friday, April
30 - Saturday May 1 - Relay for Life at Bradford High School
track. Please be collecting money for our team. Checks are
to be made out to the American Cancer Society. I will pay to have
our team registered. Bring whatever money you have collected to
the April 19th meeting. Let me know if you wish to have your name
listed as being on our team and what shirt size you would like to
have. We will be able to set up our site on Friday
afternoon. The actual Relay event begins at 6 p.m. Those in
charge want the event to last until noon on Saturday, but I, for one,
am not staying that long!
Friday,
April 16 - Sunday, April 18 - DCCA Retreat at Orlando Marriott
Lake Mary. $50 per person registration. Hotel room is $99
per night. I plan to attend. Small County Coalition will
meet on Saturday. DCCA (Democratic County Chairs Association)
will meet on Sunday morning. Let me know if you would like to
attend with me. I have attached information and a registration
form for this event.
